‘Love in the Treetops": At twenty-five years of age, Gina Renshaw had proved herself to be a competent writer after publishing two excellent best-selling children’s books. When her publisher asked her to write a love story about a young but innocent girl growing up in today’s modern society, Gina realised she had no experience writing a romantic novel and took a trip to a Far North Queensland Resort to obtain the research that she needed to write about young love competently. A friend mentioned the Tree Tops Resort, and Gina set sail for the rain forests of far north Queensland, and that’s where my story, and Gina’s story begins.
